Balance. We all seem to be striving for it. One of the most frequently asked questions I get is "how do you balance all these responsibilities with a social life, wellness, and hobbies?" My best strategy has been to plan my wellness activities in the same way I schedule my other priorities. That was the inspiration for this planner.
