Day at the Botanical Gardens

When I heard about the Rawlings Conservatory and Botanical Garden in Baltimore, I knew I had to visit before summer was over. There is something about nature that is so beautiful, calming, and promotes positive thinking. There are some true gems in Baltimore and I love exploring the city with my family.

The conservatory was established in 1888, so it was a true historic site! The building was so beautiful in person. We were surrounded by a beautiful park with more plants and flowers to look at. It reminded me of the garden I visited in Montpellier, (click here to read that post).

Outfit

As soon as I knew we were visiting the conservatory I knew exactly what I wanted to wear. This top has been sitting in my closet waiting to be worn, and as you see in the pictures it was the perfect choice!

My flowy purple top is from Charlotte Rouse. I love this top for the statement bell sleeves and the slight sheerness that is just so pretty.

I paired it with these fashionable jeans from my aunt's boutique T's Closet. Ripped jeans are my favorite and I also love the ribbed details at the bottom of the jeans. It is slightly high-waisted which paired well with the cropped top.

I finished off the look with gold accessories. My earrings and necklace are a matching set from Pandora and my gold sandals are from T's Closet.
